Common questions
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook, or my own email?
Any of them. You don't connect your mailbox — you simply forward your order emails to your OrderSlots address, and forwarding works the same whether you're on Gmail, Outlook, or your own domain. We never see the rest of your inbox.
What about orders sent as a PDF or spreadsheet?
They're handled too. A lot of trade orders arrive as a PDF or Excel order sheet attached to an email — those are read and turned into a draft order alongside the email text, with the original attached for you to check.
Does an order go live automatically?
No. Every email becomes a draft marked 'needs review' with the original message attached. You check it against your products and cut-off, then approve in one tap — so nothing is ever created without you seeing it.
Does it replace my email or my pre-order page?
Neither. It's an extra way in that feeds the same system. Your inbox stays your inbox; email orders and web pre-orders all end up on one consolidated production and picking list.
